JOSH SCHUTZ
Josh has been in the finance industry for over 20 years with roles in within the superannuation industry and as a mortgage broker since 2017. He joined the team at Private Client Services in January 2025 to become part of larger organisation that will enable him to assist a growing number of clients in the future.
Josh originally decided to become a Mortgage Broker in Adelaide after some bad experiences in trying to obtain finance of his own. He quickly realised that the process can be extremely difficult, drawn out and terribly stressful. To prevent others from going through the same negative experience, he studied Mortgage Broking through Walker Miller Training and The National Finance Institute, completing his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broker Management. Originally Josh started his own mortgage broking business with the main goal of assisting others through the loan application process to find a solution for them and avoid a lot of the hassle whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Josh has experience with residential lending including first home buyers, investment purchases and refinancing. He also has experience with business lending, commercial loans, personal loans, car loans and equipment finance.
Josh has accreditation with over 30 plus lenders that can assist with finding a solution for most scenarios. He also holds accreditation with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
